John W. (Jack) Richmond

 An accomplished leader with over 40 years of experience accelerating corporate success, Jack specializes in technology development, manufacturing, acquisitions, new business start-ups, and program and contract management involving U.S. and foreign governments, commercial entities, and universities. A retired Navy Captain and former Government Contracting Officer, he holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science–International Politics, a master's degree in Government Contract Law, and U.S. Government certifications in Acquisition/Contract Management and Program Management. A graduate of The Citadel in 1978, Jack was commissioned as a Naval Officer and retired from the Navy after 20 years of distinguished service. He has held executive leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc., President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dalton Gang, Inc., and Corporate Officer roles in several small business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business joint ventures.
